I am truly puzzled by all of these positive reviews, as Javier was scheduled to come to our house to give us an... estimate for flooring installation, and he no-showed not just once—but twice! After the first no show we gave him another chance, despite the fact that he never even apologized or took any accountability for not showing up at the scheduled time. After the second no show with no contact, we have decided to move on and find someone else. Why would we trust someone with such an important job as installing our floors who can’t even get it together long enough to show up at the scheduled time to give us an estimate??read more

Javier's team member arrived a few days prior to survey the job and take measurements. On the agreed upon date, Javier... and his team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. I had forgotten to purchase certain materials but Javier decided on the spot to go pick them up himself. While at my home they worked efficiently and with minimal disruption to my working from home. Upon completion of the job, there was a thorough cleanup of everything, including a vacuuming of dust. At the very end Javier himself did a walk through to assure my satisfaction. And yes the price was very reasonable. Five stars is given without reservation.read more
